Swimsuit Care and Instructions:

Keep your swimsuit beautiful with proper care.

Splash swimwear wash is a unique plant-based wash that extends the life of your swimwear.

  • Neutralizes the effects of chlorine and salt
  • Removes body oils, lotions and sunscreen
  • Protects colour and preserves elasticity

Free from parabens, phthalates, and phosphates. Not tested on animals.

Wash after every wear. No exceptions. Even if you are only pool side, wash your swimwear after each wear to remove chlorine, salt, body oils, and sunscreen. Going on vacation? Pack an extra swimsuit so that freshly washed suits have at least 24 hours to bounce back to their original shape.

Follow these tips:

  • Rinse well.
  • Soak your swimsuit in cold water and two capfuls of swimwear protector.
  • Press water out to remove moisture (do not wring).
  • After each wear, hand wash immediately in cold water using swimwear cleaner to remove saltwater, chlorine, sunscreen and oils.
  • Roll in a towel, pressing gently to remove water. Never wring.
  • Lay flat to dry, avoiding direct sunlight.
  • Avoid heavily chlorinated water and hot tubs, both of which degrade Lycra and fade colour or dye.

1.1 Where does Beaches Sunwear ship from?

Beaches Sunwear ships from our store at 321 Cornwall Road in Oakville, Ontario. L6J7Z5

1.2 What is your return policy?

We will gladly refund your online purchase within 10 days of the original ship date. Please note that clearance items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

If you are outside the 10 day window, a store credit will be issued. Returns are accepted when accompanied by the original receipt and in the original condition with all tags attached. Worn, damaged, soiled or laundered items are not accepted.

1.3 Why is your in-store return policy different from your online return policy?

Our in-store return policy and the online return policy differs as customers have the ability to try on product in store, whereas online shopping does not provide this opportunity.  The 10 days given for online returns provides additional time for shipping.

1.4 What forms of payment are accepted?

1.5 When will I get my refund?

Refunds can take up to 10 business days upon receipt of product back at our location.

1.6 What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please contact us at [email protected] right away and we will be able to assist you as long as the package has not been shipped.

1.7 How do I edit or cancel my order?

You are unable to change or edit orders once the order is successfully placed.

1.8 How can I exchange my order?

Beaches Sunwear does not have an exchange program, your item may be returned following our online returns policy guidelines and place a new order for your item(s).

1.9 What if my package is lost?

For any issues with your package, please email [email protected] with all order information.  

You will be notified once a trace has been started and updated every step of the way.

1.10 What is the difference between Clearance vs Sale?

A clearance item is an item that has been discounted, stock is limited and will not be re-stocked.  Once sold out this item will be discontinued either in the style, the colour or both and will be discounted until it is out of stock.

A sale item is a promotional item (with a discount code) that will be discounted for a set period of time and will go back to regular price. This item may be restocked in either the style, the colour, or both.
